It's not too hard: we just want to solve real world problems with out of this world solutions.

Here's a little bit more about us, and how we operate.

We started 383 Studios when we realized every product team we've worked with was struggling with the same thing: figuring out the best way to solve a user problem, quickly.

FAQ

Here's a few common questions.

How much does it cost?

We can meet your team where they are in the design process. We've created a set of productized services that have transparent pricing and delivery times so you know exactly what you're getting and when. You can see them all on our Services page.

Are you remote or on-site?

We love collaborating with people, remote or on-site. We are comfortable in a fully remote engagement, but if you think your project needs some special hands-on care, we can do that, too.

What software do you use?

We are Figma enthusiasts. Any UI or brainstorm related documents are going to be Figma or FigJam files. If you're not sure what those are, no worries: it's an one of the industry leading softwares for our types of businesses.

How long does a project take?

We work in three-week sprints. So our minimum engagement is three weeks, but the project will really dictate how long it takes.

What do you need to get started?

To get started on a project, we typically have a discovery call to really learn what problem you're solving, and for whom. After that, we'll request any other information or resources we need and from there we sign a contract and are "off to the races" as the saying goes.

Who keeps the files after the project is done?

After the final sign-off and payment, all of the source files will be turned over to you - the client! We may ask to use some of the designs for portfolio stuff, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. The files are yours.
